Bono Bed Mattress are carefully designed to provide ideal long term health benefits, comfort and support to people. We are very confident that you will love Bono Bed, but if you’re not satisfied you have 30 nights to let us know.

Please give upto 2 weeks to allow your body to adjust to Bono Bed mattress. Products must be in donatable condition to be eligible for return (eg. no tears, stains, dirt, or other soiling including odors). Please use the contact form below to reach out to us with your order number and purchase date.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to order the mattress. Your original mattress will be scheduled for pick up within 7 to 10 working days of receiving the ‘return’ or ‘refund’ request. The collections can take up to 10 business days. Once the mattress has been received by us, we shall inspect it for any dirt or damage and process your refund.* This will take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

This policy is limited to purchases made online directly from,  is located in India, and to one return per household per year. Please note our 30 nights trial does not cover an exchange of your mattress due to an incorrect size ordered by you.

If you purchased the mattress using an offer code or gift code, the price value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned.

No Returns Policy: If you have bought the product outside of this website whether through a third-party e-commerce website, retailer or any other channel partner then you are not eligible for any returns. Further, if you have booked an in-home trial/product demo and then purchased even on this website then you are not eligible for any returns. You are also not eligible for a return if the purchase is made in the name of a business entity. Only products bought in individual’s name are eligible for returns.

Return Conditions. Mattress must be in donatable condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears, or other soiling including odors). Only one product from each household is eligible for a return.   If at least one of a particular Product type is returned from an initial order, that household will not be eligible for additional 30-night trial on subsequent orders of that particular Product.


Return Procedure. Return shipping is free, provided that the mattress being returned is located in India. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you want to return your Mattress within the first 30 days after your receipt, please e-mail Bono Bed at [email protected] to initiate returns. The date of first e-mail will be considered as the actual date of request. Any informal communication will not be treated as the willingness to return the product. 


Return Logistics: The consumer ships the product to us for inspection at their own expense. If the return is found eligible then we will reimburse the shipping charges upto a maximum of INR 2000. If not, the consumer needs to pay us the shipping charges in advance for re-shipping the product to them.


Title. Risk of loss and title for mattress purchased from Bono Sleep pass to you upon delivery of mattress (by Bono Sleep or our manufacturer or 3rd party assigned by Bono Sleep) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

*Please note if the mattress is not in donatable condition, i.e. has tears, stains, dirt, or other soiling including odors, you will be liable to pay shipping charges in advance for redelivery.
